Thursday Run

I couldn’t sleep last night - so it was hard to wake up this morning. I did - but later than I wanted to. I ran 4.08 miles (target was 5) in 40 min and 41 seconds. The reason I think this is good is because I got stopped at like 10 red lights so had I stopped my timer, I think it would have been around 35 munites, which is super fast for me. This weeks workouts....no paralysis

So - our car is dead. Dead as in, costs more to get fixed than it is worth. Which blows. Now not such a big deal for me (I don’t drive - traumatizing accident and near death experience in the past even though I have a license) but since B golf’s every weekend - it’s like this huge issue. So we might have to get a new car - which means cutting back other places like on training....
