So Monday, I did the treadmill that is stairs, you know what I am talking about? I saw MFT training K, and I asked him what’s better - to change up the treadmill by doing that, or doing intervals? I went to Kettles last night for the first time in...
Even though I went to yoga twice on vacation, being sick first then on vacation meant no working out.
I always forget when you actually stop and take a break, how hard it is to pick back up again.
