Last night I made it to practice in the 90+ degree heat. It was over 100 yesterday, so around 7pm it was still in the 90s. Weekend In Review
Friday - Yoga at work, which is always awesome. One of my coworkers is a certified yoga teacher and teaches a class at the office for free every Friday for all levels. So awesome! Then I went to see Harry Potter after work, which was amazing but after all this time was sort of anti-climactic. It’s sort of how I felt about the last book, so much build up - then it’s just over....
I TOTALLY IMPROVED MY TIME FROM LAST TIME!!!! WOOOOOOO!!!! The top stats are how I did today. The stats was a race from June 5th. After doing a month an a half of training, you can see how much better I did! This is a great comparison because both races were the exact same course. I improved my ave pace by 30 seconds. I improved my overall time by 2 minutes. I felt great, strong, and...
