I FINISHED MY SWINGS!!
I finished yesterday! I did 150 before spin class, and 150 after - and am done! 6,000 kettle bell swings in 23 days! Challenge complete! I thought that I would never make it, based on how sore I was in the beginning but it just got easier and easier the stronger I got! So awesome!

This means my grand total is 5700. Which means I ONLY HAVE 300 SWINGS LEFT UNTIL I MEET MY GOAL OF 6000 KETTLE BELL SWINGS IN A MONTH! HOLY COW! 4 Mile Walk Done
Since Shea woke me up early by jumping on my head, I got up and decided to go on a walk through the preserve with him. We ended up doing a total of 4 miles. Even though it was at a leisurely pace, and I am still going to the gym later, it’s always good to get up and moving. It’s Sunday - you have all day to get your workout in!
