Went to the gym today to do Kettles. When I was doing my swing challenge I felt like everything got a little tighter and smaller. And with not swinging as much - I feel like I have reverted to the way I used to look. It’s super slight - and probably no one notices but me, but it makes me want to do more swings…. That met-con from yesterday killed me! I am soooooooo sore I can barely move!!!! Hoping if I go do swings at lunch it will help loosen everything up. I am walking like I just rode 50miles/kilometers on horseback! AH!

Yesterday I decided to throw around the bells and work on my swings since I haven’t in some time.
