In 56:00 minutes! WOO!!!! My neck felt soooo loose and good after - and now I can feel it clenching. Ugh. It’s killing. I know it sounds silly, but that's what I do to prevent blisters on my feet from skates and ripped skin on my hands when rock climbing. Plus it's soft enough that it does really cut you. Went to the gym today with the intention of doing the stair treadmill thing - which was full. Annoying. I was feeling a little puffy, and wanted to do some cardio to sweat the bloat out. Taking the dog on a walk and had a healthy snack of a few cashews in one hand and and then few dog treats in the other. Guess which hand I brought to my mouth with the snack? Hint: Not the cashews. Really. I don’t know if I have ever seen B laugh that hard.
