Puppy Status: Shea is so excited it's finally warming up with Spring! He is so happy to get to the dog park as much as he can before it's 100 degrees in the summer!

Last night my friend MK was coming over for dinner - and I was making a roast chicken. Since this would take a while to cook, I was thinking about appetizers when I saw haygirlhay post this recipe for baked ravioli and I thought how easy! Perfect!

I made some adaptions - I used 2 egg whites and 1 entire egg, used slightly more cheese, and a different ratio of panko breadcrumbs to seasoned.

I served it with marinara as dipping sauce and they turned out AMAZING! So easy, this is definitely going to be a go-to app for me going forward!
