Went to boxing this morning - to use my new gloves!
Class was awesome as usual - the only draw back is that I am sooooo sore from yesterday’s jailhouse workout that I was much slower than usual!
Here it is:
Warm up: squat jumps, ice skaters, stretching side to side to loosen obliques, touching toes to loosen hammies, running, mountain climbers, bear crawl, punching on the heavy bag, push ups, etc
You did some stations 2x and some 1x - I hope I can remember them all! After each station the coach calls out an exercise and you do 10 reps of that - so like body builders, plyo push ups, mountain climbers, bear crawls, squat thrusts, etc etc.
I was thoroughly exhausted. Class was about an hour and fifteen minutes long. I am so glad my gloves were awesome and my knuckles were barely rosy after all this!
It’s almost the end of the week - push through!
