I so didn’t want to go to the gym today. My workouts on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday were all sort of harder than usual (or maybe it was just the broken AC at the gym that made it feel that way) so I am tired and sore and my body hurts.
The treadmill-stair thing was open, so I hopped on.
I haven’t gotten on this machine in quite some time. I had forgotten the amount of sweat it generates, and how hard it actually is. I climbed higher than the Taipei 101. I then did the leg/hip abductor machines 3 sets of 12 using 75lbs for inner thighs, 5 sets of 15 using 75lbs for outer thighs (I prob need to increase my weight for outer).
I only had 45 minutes, and I for sure made it count. It’s Friday - finish your week strong!
