While packing up all my boxes for the move I found the jeans that I wore on B’s and my first date about 6 1/2 years ago. I know that MFT helped me lose and keep off around 4” from my hips/tush before my wedding almost 3 years ago - and keep most of it off still today by changing the way I work out; but I never realized how much bigger I was.
The jeans are about a size/size and a half too big for me now. And these were my tight best “going out jeans” that I wore on that first date.
Sometimes, even if I am feeling bloated or like I have gained weight, it’s good to see how far I have actually come. It was a very happy reminder this afternoon that hard work actually pays off.
