I skipped boxing this morning as I had to many errands to run before work (post office, drug store, etc) as a result I decided to head downstairs to the gym in my building and bang out another 5.65 miles quickly so I could do everything I needed to before heading to the office.
I don’t love running 2 days in a row because I always feel all sorts of weird twitches the 2nd day in my ankles/knees. I don’t know how much of it is in my mind, vs. how much of it is actually little things going off in my muscles, but whatever twitches always make me a bit cautious. Tonight some foam rolling and/or stretching and icing.
That said, always feels good to burn almost 700 calories before 8am and know that I am setting myself up to have a good day!
