Today should have been called Hardest Body Friday - so so so hard!
We started with the usual - body builders, push ups, bicycles, ice skaters, medi-pushups, mountain climbers, running, bear crawling, etc.
Then the stairs. The effing stairs. I hate these stairs. 3 flights. Today was up and down 6x!
Then the boxing started with all the stations, tons of abs, pushing the heavy bag around the room, regular punching heavy bags, sparring with the instructor, etc. It was so crowded so we went in pairs and the girl I was matched up with was awesome - which I really like as it always makes me work that much harder to keep up.
We finished class in an hour - but class is usually an hour and a half - so the Coach decided we NEEDED TO DO MORE STAIRS.
I thought I was going to die.
4x more up and down.
It was exhausting, and I know everything is going to hurt tomorrow.
