Due to a conference call with India I missed spin. What to do instead…Kettles!
I had a 2pm meeting and it was already 12:30 when I ran to the gym - and I freaking banged out my swings! Felt SO strong today after taking Saturday and Sunday off!
I did 430 swings alternating between single arms (12kgs) and double arms (16kgs) in LESS THAN HALF AN HOUR! BOOM!
Then I did 3 sets of jump rope just to spike my heart rate a little - 1:30 straight jumping 45 seconds rest.
Lastly I did the Captain’s Chair - 3 sets of 12 leg lifts with straight legs.
Felt like I had a great workout, and was sad I was short on time because today was a day I could have done more swings. I think listening to Patty Smyth put me in a good workout mood! But regardless, had a great workout to start my week right!
