Hard Body Friday!
I wasn’t going this morning - I am too tired and I needed the sleep. But I knew I would feel guilty all day if I didn’t, so I made a mad dash to the train, and made it.
Today was the usual. The stairs where three flights = 1x. We had to run them after the warm up - and he had us do them 5x today. I was dying.
Class was super hard, and packed - so he had us going in groups of two. My partner was in town from Texas and apparently she is like hard core into boxing and was coming on vacation to New York, heard about our coach, called to find out where and when he teaches, and lo and behold came to hard body Friday on her vacation! Um, I was impressed to say the least. My vacations usually involve margartias, sleep, and not a ridiculously hard boxing class.
Anyway, because we went in groups of two we finished in about an hour. Which is a little early. So he had us run the stairs 3x again.
I thought my legs were replaced with like lead.
So happy to get this workout in and finish my week strong!
I was so sweaty my sports bra literally came off on my shirt - check it out. Now that is what I call a Hard Body Friday!

(ps - it’s a super old tank so it’s dingy so when i sweat on it, it looks dirty but it’s clean i swear)
