After doing kettle bells this morning (420 swings alternating between singles and doubles with 12kgs and 16kgs respectively) and then 5 minutes of jumping rope, 3 sets of 10 lateral raises using 30lbs, 3 sets of 20 side bends for obliques, and 2 sets of 10 incline sit ups holding a 12lb med ball over my head - I thought:
DAMN! My arms looked ripped!!!!
I hope it wasn’t just good lighting!
*yes, I always do kettles with my shoes off. Better for balance and keeping my toes off the ground!
