I am STILL sore from Sunday. My BIL should go into the fitness business, because he could make a killing. Anyway - I needed to push the lactic acid out of my muscles - so I went on a 4 mile run this morning.
It was brutal. It’s about 100%+ humidity right now. So that, the lack of being able to breathe, and my soreness really made this run shitty, exhausting, painful, challenging to say the least.
However, after about a mile or so into it, I could feel the pain in my legs and obliques easing up.
And all day today I have felt better for it.
Sometimes you have to get through the worst to come out on the other side.
Glad it’s done - it’s Wednesday, push through to stay strong this week!
