I went to the gym with a mission today - to get a back that looks like this:

The tush wouldn’t be bad either.
Anyway - I want a skinny but strong back. I love how you can see Marisa Miller’s muscles around her shoulders, lats, arms, etc.
So I first did 30 minutes on the stair-treadmill thing. Level 8. 100+ floors, which when you think about it, is insane. Climbing over 100 flights of stairs - nuts.
Then I did leg abductors - haven’t done them in a while and thought I would throw them in.
Finally onto back:
