I couldn’t get up this morning. I have been up late and up early every day and it’s catching up with me. I am exhausted. So I thought I will take this extra hour of sleep and squeeze in a lunchtime run. I am sore from yesterday’s training so I thought cardio might push some of that lactic acid through.
One of my coworkers said he was going to a bootcamp class, so I thought why not (we are a fit office, like half my office works out every day which is awesome) so I tagged along.
It was good and bad.
Bad as in it made me miss MFT and his bootcamp so much because basically everyone else’s classes just aren’t that hard. But good because even though I thought it was sort of easy, she had us non-stop moving for 45 minutes and I was dripping with sweat.
Anytime that happens, I feel like I torch a ton of calories. So it wasn’t that hard, but worked some of my soreness (hopefully) out and burnt up all the delicious cheese I had last night at H’s apartment.
At least I got my workout in - even with an extra hour of sleep this morning!
Push through the mid week doldrums and go to the gym!
